• 4 filety (cod, trout, etc)
  • 1 tablespoon oil olive
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 lemon


Preheat oven to 20-220°C, rinse fish off and then make it dry (with a piece of kitchen towel). Rub fillets with olive oil, season with spieces. Place each fillet on a piece of aluminium foil, top with pepper slices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Wrap fillets very carefully with foil.
Place packets on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with salad and roasted potatoes.
