• 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 fresh red chilli pepper
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 cup of whipping cream
  • 4 cod fillets
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper


Heat olive in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped onion, green onions, red chilli pepper. Cook and stir until onions are tender. Sprinkle with curry powder and still cook and stir for the next 2-3 minutes.
Blend cream into mixture and simmer untill thickened. Add cod - chopped in small cubes, cook for the next 5 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork. Season with spieces.
Serve with rice or baguette and salad.
