Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash cayene pepper
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 6 cod fillets

Directions:

Heat butter and olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion - cook and stir until onions are slightly tender; in the end add garlic - be carefull not to burn the garlic. Add tomato sauce and halved cherry tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Add green olives and season with spieces.
Cook fillets in sauce over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. Serve immediately.
