Ingredients:
  • 3-4 fillets (flounder, cod, etc)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cornflakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 dash of salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 200°C. Dip fish in beaten egg, coat with cheese mixed with cornflakes crumbs, salt and pepper. Place in greased baking dish; bake 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with french fries or roasted potatoes.
