• 1 cup beer
  • 1 1/2 glass flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • 4 fish fillets (cod, trout, etc.)
  • oil for frying


Prepare pancake mix (mix together flour, egg, salt to taste), pour beer into this in place of water it calls for. Cut fish into small pieces (4-5 cm), dip it into pancake mix.
Heat oil in a large pane over medium heat; place fish into the hot oil - fry untill golden brown on both sides.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
