Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill

Directions:

Preheat oven to 200°C. Stir together mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl. Add thyme, oregano and basil.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and spread with ready mixture. Sprinkle with dill.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
Serve with rise.
